Families

To offer top-tier personnel to our clients, we use a vigorous selection process. We begin by reviewing CVs, with a focus on significant childcare degrees and experiences such as psychology and pedagogy. Language abilities, childcare experience, behaviour, responsibility, and presentation are all evaluated during in-person interviews.

Following that are thorough background checks, including work references, criminal records, and document verification. We make personalized video presentations that highlight the personalities and experience of candidates.

If you find that the nanny we’ve matched you with doesn’t meet your expectations, we are fully committed to addressing this concern. We offer a three-month guarantee period during which we provide the opportunity to exchange the nanny at no additional cost if necessary. Our priority is your satisfaction, and we’ll work closely with both you and the nanny to identify any issues and try to resolve them. If, despite our efforts, the situation remains unsatisfactory, we’ll promptly assist you in finding a replacement nanny to ensure your needs are met and you’re content with the arrangement.

Our support doesn’t end after you hire a nanny. We’re here to help with any questions, concerns, or issues that may arise during the nanny’s employment. We provide guidance on nanny-employer relationships, communication strategies, and conflict resolution if needed.

The timeline can vary depending on your specific requirements and the availability of suitable candidates. However, we work diligently to provide you with suitable nanny options as soon as possible, and the process typically takes a few weeks.

Yes, we provide first aid course to all our nannies.

Our agency fee for families looking to hire a nanny through bestanny Agency is equivalent to 3 monthly salaries of the candidate’s monthly payment. This fee covers the cost of our extensive screening and selection process, training, certification, and ongoing support and guidance throughout the placement period. We believe that this fee is a fair and reasonable investment in finding the right nanny for your family and ensuring that the placement process runs smoothly. If you have any further questions about our fees or the hiring process, please don’t hesitate to contact us for more information.

Yes, we do offer nannies for one-day or for short-terms.  However, we make sure that the nannies we send are experienced and have already been working with our agency before. We only send nannies who have provided excellent care and received positive feedback from families they have previously worked with. This way, we can guarantee that the nanny you receive will provide exceptional care for your children, even if it is for a short period of time.
